Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, I got my first taste of the active lifestyle in 2nd grade playing soccer and since then have played just about every sport at levels from recreational, to junior olympics, to collegiate. I got my first taste of weightlifting fitness in high school and in more than 15 years haven't turned back since. Today, you can find me weekly on a volleyball court, in a hot yoga studio and often in the gym thoroughly enjoying every minute of an active lifestyle
